A long-standing health system in the heart of Tucson, AZ seeks a BE/BC Urologist to join their well-supported team of 3 Urologists.
With each Urologist having their own Medical Assistant and support staff, providers here have a practice model designed for efficiency and balance.
Opportunity Highlights:
• On-site Da Vinci robotic system.
• 4 clinic days (25 patients/day) and 1 dedicated OR day (5–10 cases/week).
• Dedicated MA for each provider plus experienced support staff.
• $500,000–$615,000 base salary plus additional call pay.
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, CME allowance, and 401(k).
