A community healthcare system on Kauai, Hawaii, the stunning Garden Island, is seeking to add another BC Urologist to its established team. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a community-focused practice with the potential for high surgical volumes due to a lack of full-time urology coverage on the island.
The Opportunity
• Bread and butter urology practice
• 3-4 days in clinic and 1 dedicated OR day a week, with the ability to add on more cases
• No call requirement
• $575,000 Compensation - Base salary with additional Productivity Incentives and Quality Bonuses
• Sign-on Bonus and up to $20,000 Relocation Bonus
• 25-35 Days of Paid Time Off + 10 Paid Holidays
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 401k with 4% match, and Malpractice Insurance with Tail Coverage
