The schedule:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No nights. No weekends. Predictable, balanced lifestyle.

• Recently upgraded to Eclipse Treatment Planning System
• Implemented ARIA Electronic Medical Records
• Varian 2100 currently in place
• Planned acquisition of Varian TrueBeam within 12–18 months

The program has the patient volume to support growth, and the current physician plans to remain full-time alongside the incoming physician—ensuring a smooth transition and collegial partnership.
Compensation and benefits:
• $573,000+ base salary guarantee
• wRVU (regional median)
• Up to 6% performance incentive once on RVU model
• Large recruitment incentive (negotiable)
• 6 weeks paid time off
• CME allowance plus 1 week off
