A 70+ bed, very high-tech community hospital just 20 minutes outside Indianapolis is seeking a Pulmonologist to join a team under new, progressive leadership but with a long-standing patient population. Position Highlights:
*70+ bed hospital with a 23-bed ICU
*Light critical care load: typically 1–2 vented patients per month
*Flexible hours with strong work-life balance
*Onsite call burden is low thanks to a strong hospitalist team
*Advanced technology, including robotic bronchoscopy
*New physician has potential to also practice doing some Sleep Disorders

Compensation & Benefits:
*Highly competitive salary (600K Base) + RVU Productivity
