With a 4 day workweek, 6+ weeks of PTO, and minimal call burden, this is an excellent opportunity to practice medicine without burnout while earning top tier compensation.
The Opportunity
• Practice autonomy and build your panel and style of practice your way.
• Moderate patient volume of just 10–15 patients per day, allowing time for meaningful, relationship based care.
• Opportunity to incorporate procedures and scopes based on your interests.
• 4 day workweek with 6+ weeks of PTO for outstanding work life balance.
• Light, easy call schedule with no requirement to remain onsite.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $325,000–$400,000.
• Guaranteed ongoing base salary plus additional production bonus.
• $100,000 signing bonus.
• Up to $250,000 in retention bonus and/or student loan repayment.
