• Practice independently within a structured, collaborative model that prioritizes thoughtful care over volume & minimizes fragmented referrals
• Diagnose & manage a wide range of endocrine & metabolic conditions, including diabetes (Type 1 & Type 2), thyroid disease, metabolic syndrome, & other hormonal disorders
• Collaborate closely w/ rheumatology, gastroenterology, allergy/immunology, & dermatology colleagues to co manage complex, multisystem patients
• Practice in an environment that integrates traditional endocrinology w/ functional & preventive medicine principles, including long term health optimization & longevity-focused care
• Thrive in a low fragmentation care model designed to enhance communication, continuity, & outcomes
• Flexible 3–5 day workweek w/ no evenings or weekends & very light call
• Guaranteed 2 year base, targeted at the MGMA 75th–100th%, offering stability & long term upside without RVU pressure
