Details:
• Practice independently within a supportive, physician collaborative model designed to reduce referral fragmentation & improve continuity of care
• Evaluate & manage a broad spectrum of allergic & immunologic conditions, including chronic inflammatory, autoimmune, & immune mediated disorders
• Work closely w/ rheumatology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, & dermatology colleagues to co manage complex, multisystem patients whose conditions span multiple organ systems
• Practice in an environment that emphasizes immune system dysfunction as a root cause of downstream disease, rather than treating isolated symptoms alone
• Thrive in a low fragmentation, high communication care model that prioritizes clinical quality, collaboration, & patient outcomes
• Flexible 3–5 day workweek w/ no evenings or weekends &very light call
• Guaranteed 2 year base, targeted at the MGMA 75th–100th%, offering stability & long term upside without RVU pressure
