An established interventional pain-management group has been serving patients across West Tennessee and Northern Mississippi for more than 20 years. The practice operates multiple clinics and several dedicated ASCs, creating an efficient, physician-led environment with strong referral relationships and significant earning potential.
Practice Highlights:
*On-site clinic and single-specialty ASC with two operating rooms
*ASCs designed specifically for spine and pain procedures
*Strong volume of core interventional procedures with room to expand advanced offerings
*In-house toxicology services
*Streamlined workflows with dedicated clinic and ASC staff
Schedule & Volume:
*Blended clinic and ASC schedule
*Clinic half-day: ~15 patient visits
*ASC half-day: ~15 procedures
*Full ASC day: ~30 procedures
*Clinic and ASC located side by side for efficiency
Compensation & Benefits:
*Guaranteed base of up to 550K with performance incentives
*Transition to productivity-based compensation with meaningful upside
*Sign-on, relocation, comprehensive benefits
Ownership Opportunities:
*ASC investment opportunity after 12 months (up to 10%)
*Broader platform-level equity opportunity from the larger business as a whole after 18 months.
Location:
This role is located in a growing West Tennessee community about 1.5 hours from a major metro. The area offers a low cost of living, strong schools, regional air access, nearby colleges, and outdoor recreation—providing an excellent work-life balance with easy metro access.
The practice features a busy clinic and adjacent ASC, creating seamless clinic-to-procedure flow. A well-established patient base and experienced team allow for a quick and smooth ramp-up.
