• Outpatient-focused role with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule and low-volume after-hours phone call rotation (6-9 weeks annually)
• See between 2 and 9 patients per day on average allowing for extensive 1:1 time
• Serve as a care team leader helping navigate complex cases and shaping individualized care plans
