Compensation & Benefits:
•Guaranteed Base Salary + Competitive wRVU earnings = $360,000+ in proven earning potential
•$210,000 Recruitment Package built based on your needs, including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, retention package, or incredible student loan forgiveness
•Comprehensive benefits package 8 weeks PTO, IPERS retirement (9.5% match), $6,500 CME Allowance, and more
