This independent, 50-bed, Level 3 trauma hospital and associated clinic system is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their 11-person Primary Care physician team. Position
• 4 day work week with no call, weekends, or nights.
• Pick your hours: 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6.
• Ramp up period for new graduates with onsite mentorship, experienced doctors seeing 20-25 patients per day.
• Cradle to grave scope with option to subspecialize.
• Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider.
• EPIC EMR and Virtual Scribe tools available.
Compensation
• Guaranteed base salary of $344,000+, provider experience considered.
• Up to $20,000 quality incentive bonus.
• Productivity wRVU incentive bonuses.
• Up to $90,000 sign on bonus.
• Student loan repayment of up to $200,000+.
• Residency stipend of $2,000/month.
• Comprehensive benefits including 8 weeks PTO, $20,000 relocation, CME, etc.
