Practice Highlights
• Join an established, collegial primary care team of 3 advanced practice clinicians at this rural health clinic
• See 18-20 patients per day
• Outpatient only practice so you can enjoy your nights and weekends as you wish
• The rural health clinic is part of an Independent critical access hospital that has a partnership with one of the larger health systems in San Antonio.
• Visa support available; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required!
Compensation Details:
• Income guarantee of at least $300,000 +wRVU production
• Recruitment incentives include a signing bonus, training stipend and relocation assistance; HPSA designed so qualifies for NHSC loan assistance
• Full suite of health & medical benefits
• CME stipend $3,000 + 5 days
• Paid time off - 28 days
• 403b retirement with 5% match
