An established primary and multi-specialty care group within the Inland Empire, CA, is hiring another BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to transform the healthcare experience by spending more time caring for patients and less time on administrative work.
This employer is seeking candidates who are proficient in Spanish.
The Opportunity
• Outpatient only role with no nights or weekends
• 4 or 5-day work week options
• Focus on quality of care over quantity - max of 18 patients per day
• AI assistance to help with administrative tasks and recommended treatment plans
• $300,000 - $330,000 guaranteed base salary based on experience
• Sign-on bonus and Relocation assistance
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including 4 weeks of paid time off, 1 week of sick time, and 1 week for CME annually
