-100% Outpatient with no holidays or onsite weekends
-Team of 3 endocrinologists and 4 APPs
-Perform thyroid ultrasound and biopsy
-Minimal 1:7 weekend phone call
-Onsite ultrasound and lab draw
-Comprehensive care team: health coaches, dietitians, and self-service education for DM patients
