A respected, community-focused healthcare system in Spokane, Washington is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its expanding outpatient primary care team. This role is intentionally designed to support longevity in practice, with manageable patient volumes, protected administrative time, and deep clinical support.
Position Highlights:
• Join a team of 22 MDs, 37 Physician Assistants, 40 Nurse Practitioners
• 100% outpatient Family Medicine – average 18 patients per day
• 4 or 5-day workweek with built in admin time
• Up to $300,000 base salary, annual quality bonuses up to $25,000, & $20,000 sign on package
• Student loan repayment options including: PSLF, NHSC, WSAC, & an internal program option
