• Practice within a comprehensive orthopedic service line offering a diverse case mix, including joint replacement, sports medicine, & orthopedic trauma
• Team consisting of 1 full‑time orthopedic surgeon, 1 casual orthopedic surgeon, & 4 experienced APPs
• Enjoy a favorable call structure, w/ APPs managing primary orthopedic call & surgeons covering secondary call only
• Benefit from remote access to PACS & EMR, supporting efficiency & flexibility outside the hospital
• Serve a strong, loyal patient population supported by a robust referral network within an integrated care model
• Coordinate closely w/ orthopedic colleagues across the region to ensure continuity of care & optimized patient outcomes
• Work alongside highly regarded physical & occupational therapy teams that enhance recovery, efficiency, & overall patient experience
• Rely on dedicated, full‑time ED physicians & a hospitalist team to support seamless inpatient care
• Compensation package including a $701K base salary, $100K starting bonus, + wRVU‑based productivity incentives
