The Opportunity
• 200+ bed hospital averages 600+ annual deliveries
• Strong demand for gyn surgery with da Vinci Xi
• Block schedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in the OR, offering balance and predictability
• Level II NICU ensures that both mother and baby receive exceptional care close to home
• J1 and H1B visa support
Compensation & Benefits
• $500K guaranteed base salary with a productivity-based model; proven earning potential exceeds MGMA 90th percentile
• $150K sign on bonus
• Full medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 5% match, CME stipend, 6 weeks time off, and 7 paid holidays
• Student loan repayment options and PSLF eligibility
