A respected not-for-profit health system is investing in a new $84 million birthing center just 30 minutes from Springfield and is adding an OBGYN to support continued growth. The newly designed women’s health floor brings together modern labor, delivery, and recovery spaces, including a large dedicated C-section suite, access to the Da Vinci Xi robotic platform, and a well-coordinated clinical setting built to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
Position Highlights
• Enjoy a brand-new 120,000 square foot hospital with a dedicated women's health floor
• Join a team of 4 experienced OBGYN's in this $84 million facility
• Enjoy as much OR time as you'd like with a Da Vinci Xi robot on site
• AUTONOMY - choose between a block schedule (7 on/7 off, 14 on/14 off) or a 4-day work week
• Balanced OB:GYN practice with the ability to perform more than 50% gynecologic surgery, if desired
• Strong collaboration and mentorship opportunities for those with interest in GynOnc, including participation in larger operative cases
Compensation & Benefits
• $500,000 Base Salary
• $100,000 Sign on
