• Choose either a 4 day or 4.5 day work week
• On-call light rotation via phone every 13th week between providers
• Expect to see 20 patients a day
• Base salary plus patient volume incentives

• Receive 29 paid days off annually plus CME time and expenses
• Sign-on bonus and paid relocation package
• Visa sponsorship including paid legal fees
