What Your Practice Would Look Like
• Balanced scope: equal focus on Hematology and Oncology
• Manageable daily census
• Flexible scheduling options: 3.5, 4, or 5-day work week
• Most physicians wrap up clinic by early afternoon
• No weekday call responsibilities
• Light weekend call rotation (1:4) with minimal inpatient coverage
• On-site advanced imaging including PET/CT and ultrasound
• 18 infusion chairs in a modern treatment suite
Compensation & Long-Term Growth
• Strong Competitive guaranteed base salary
• Productivity bonuses paid quarterly based on wRVUs

Candidate Profile
• MD or DO
• Board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Eligible for or currently holding Florida medical licensure
