• True laborist opportunity joining a well-established and collaborative OB team
• 3–4 twelve-hour shifts per week with flexible day or night options; additional shifts available for extra compensation but not required
• On-site children’s hospital with 24/7 neonatologist coverage, dedicated respiratory therapists, and a 24/7 neonatal transport team (air and ground), providing advanced care for high‑risk infants from 23–42 weeks’ gestation
• On-site Perinatology / Maternal–Fetal Medicine support for high‑risk pregnancies
• Level III NICU ensuring comprehensive neonatal care close to home
