Position Highlights:
• Build your schedule with option for 4 day work week with 10+ Weeks PTO, 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off
• Be as busy as you want to be- find your ideal volume and pace with autonmy over your schedule, incredible patient demand, and minimal competition
• Extremely low OR turnover time so you can work as efficiently as possible
• Strong support staff including efficient NPs, ENDO staff, CRNAs, and dedicated MAs
• Practicing physicians and graduating fellows encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed Base salary starting at $690,000
• $100,000-$310,000+ in additional earning potential from wRVU bonuses and quality incentives - available year 1
• $150,000 at Signing + $150,000 Retention Bonus = $300,000 Recruitment Package
