Become an integral part of the growth of a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility in the beautiful Idaho mountains. We seek a BE/BC Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician who has a passion for serving the senior population and takes the time to understand a patient's needs to provide the highest quality care.

The Position:
• Flexible Scheduling: 4-day work week.
• Comfortable Patient Volumes: 16 patients per day.
• $350,000 Income Potential: Guaranteed base salary + additional pay for extra shifts.
• Full Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Malpractice, 4 weeks PTO + Holidays, 401k.
