Position Details:
• Orthopedics private practice seeking general orthopedic surgeon - no trauma
• State-of-the-art 43,000+ SF campus - surgery center, clinic, pain management, ancillaries all under one roof
• Very busy practice - maximize your time in the OR by having dedicated support staff run your clinic
• Low-burden call - equally shared amongst all 10 partners with no trauma call
• Mako robotics and Hana Table
Compensation & Benefits:
• 2-year base salary guarantee plus production bonuses
• 2-year track to partnership to include ASC, Clinic, Ancillaries, & Real Estate buy-in opportunities
• $1.4M+ demonstrated proven earnings
• 6 weeks PTO plus 6.5 holidays
• Full suite of benefits including 401k with a 4% match and an additional 6+% discretionary match
