Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed base salary of $374,000+ plus production bonus
• Proven earning potential of $450,000+
• Incentives include a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation assistance, student loan repayment, and residency/fellowship stipends
• More than six weeks of PTO plus sick leave
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with 403(b) and 457 retirement plans
