Details:
• Outpatient Family Medicine Physician – Medical Director role with minimal administrative duties
• No nights, no weekends, no on-call
• 12–18 patients per day
• HPSA Score: 15
• 4‑day work week supporting exceptional work‑life balance
• Brand new, state‑of‑the‑art clinic with Epic EMR, AI scribe technology, and strong clinical support
• 52 total days off annually, including holidays, vacation, sick, and personal leave
