This award-winning Critical Access hospital with state-of-the-art facilities is looking for a Family Medicine physician to join their outpatient clinic. Position Highlights:
• Practice full-scope Family Medicine with a collegial group of providers
• Moderate patient volume allows you the time to get to know your patients
• The modern outpatient clinic is located adjacent to the hospital
• 4-day work week and flexible shared call with seven providers
Compensation Details:
• $349,000 guaranteed, ongoing base salary
• Production bonus with earning potential to $450,000+
• Recruiting incentives include $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
• 7+ weeks of PTO and sick leave
• Full, executive level benefits including both a 403b and 457 retirement programs
