This highly impressive community hospital is seeking a BC/BE family medicine provider to join its growing team! This is an opportunity to practice full-spectrum medicine and maximize your earnings without sacrificing your life outside of work.
Position Details:
• Join a thriving, collaborative team of 8 primary care providers at their established full-spectrum family medicine practice that's expanding to meet patient demand
• Heavy outpatient practice with a true 4-day work week; 32 patient contact hours per week
• Modern facility equipped with advanced medical technology, in-house specialists, AI scribing, specialized clinics, and more
• This role is ideal for physicians who want to live simply, earn generously, and practice autonomously
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary guarantee, plus wRVU, quality incentive, and patient experience bonuses - $600K+ proven earnings
• Bilingual (Spanish) stipend - $10K
• $100k incentive package
• 8+ weeks PTO, student loan repayment, IPERS, malpractice with tail, and more
