Just a short drive from Spokane, Washington sits this Level 3 Trauma, 50-bed independent hospital and clinic system. Their 100+ provider group is looking for additional BE/BC ENTs to join their 2 provider group for built in volume day 1.
Position:
• 4 day work week with no nights/call.
• Bread and butter ENT practice with mentorship onsite.
• $580,000-$654,000 base salary + quality and wRVU opportunities in addition.
• Dedicated APP and medical assistant per provider.
• EPIC EMR and upcoming surgical suite next to hospital.
• Up to $100,000 sign on bonus and $200,000+ in student loan repayment.
