Emergency Medicine opening with a nationally recognized Critical Access Hospital in an Upper Midwest Vacation Destination.
Practice Details:
• Independent Organization with two top critical access hospitals within an hour of each other - Can work at either location
• Staffing model is unmatched for support - 3 providers on at any given time with several nursing staff
• Democratic and collegial teams of 7 physicians in the ED
• Annual volume of around 12,000 visits
• Opportunity to be involved with Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program
• Family Medicine Residency Program coming in 2028
Compensation and Benefits:
• Employed position with hourly rate up to the $240 range
• Comprehensive benefits include 100% of premiums being paid by the hospital, malpractice/tail coverage, 403B with match up to 5%, and more
