We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to join a strong, established Emergency Medicine team in Minnesota, north of Minneapolis. As the ED Medical Director, you will provide both clinical leadership and direct patient care within a rural Emergency Department. You will leads a dedicated, experienced team of Emergency Medicine APPs, cultivating a high‑performance, patient‑centered culture focused on delivering exceptional, compassionate, and efficient care to individuals of all ages.

Details:
• Lead the Emergency Department, evaluating and treating medical and trauma patients while supporting the team of experienced physician assistants
• Level IV trauma center
• 10 or 12 hour shifts
• No call
• Daily census of ED is 25 patients
• Dayshift- 4 or 5 day work week
Compensation:
• Salary: $345K+ (based upon experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $75K+
• PTO: 26 days per year
