Join a team of CRNAs at a thriving critical access hospital in Northwest Iowa (just outside Sioux City) and have complete autonomy in handling patient care with no MD oversight.
Position Details:
• CRNA opportunity at a critical access hospital in the Sioux City area
• Practice 100% independently with no physician oversight
• Enjoy unprecedented quality of life working a 4-day work week 7a-4p, with no nights and no holidays
• Bread-and-butter cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Podiatry, and Obstetrics

Compensation and Benefits:
• W2 - $300K base salary with incredible benefits including IPERS, malpractice with tail coverage, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, and more
• $50k signing bonus, $12k relocation stipend, and 7 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays
• 1099 employment model available - $350K base
