A not-for-profit, physician-led health system in Montana is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to build their new service line. Work amongst a tenured Psychiatry staff while building out the child and adolescent branch and servicing the community.
• Develop and lead a brand-new service line within a tenured organization alongside with a collaborative psychiatric team consisting of experienced Psychiatrists, PMHNP’s, RN's, PCT's, and more
• Outpatient opportunity - enjoy a four-day work week with flexible patient scheduling
• Academics available
• Base salary of $310,000 plus productivity, quality incentive bonuses, retention bonus, sign-on/relocation
