This well-established, physician-led cardiology program is part of a large, integrated healthcare system and the primary referral network for North Central Washington. With 300+ physicians, 150+ advanced practice providers, multiple hospital campuses, and 30+ specialties, this organization offers the infrastructure, support, and patient volume of a major regional system while maintaining a collaborative, community-focused culture.
You’ll join a collaborative cardiovascular team of 12 physicians, 4 physician assistants, and 2 nurse practitioners, with the flexibility to practice independently in clinic or alongside cardiologists
Leadership Track Available: Opportunity to step into a Cardiology APP Supervisor role overseeing the APP team with additional compensation and bonus potential.
The Position:
• Base Salary: $170,000 – $195,000
• Flexible model: outpatient-only or clinic + inpatient mix
• No nights or weekends required
• Perform H&Ps, pre-op clearances, and post-procedure follow-ups
• Order and interpret diagnostics (ECG, echo, stress testing, imaging)
• Assist with inpatient consults, rounding, and cardiac case management
• EPIC EMR
• Signing Bonus + Relocation Assistance ($5K–$10K each, negotiable)

• 2–5+ Years of Experience Required (no new grads)
