A thriving private group of 21 anesthesiologists on the coast of California in Monterey, CA are seeking BE/BC anesthesiologist to join their team. The group is seeking an additional provider due long-term demand at the hospital. Both experienced candidates and 2026 residents are encouraged to apply.

The Position:
• $725,000 Average Annual Income - with upside for taking additional call/higher production
• $150,000+ available in on-boarding incentives to help with student loans and housing (for eligible applicants)
• Partnership Available after 2 years
• 1099 Model
• 5 - 6 Days of Call per Month: 250-bed community hospital setting | Level III Trauma Center
• Housing Assistance Available - the hospital has a unique housing assistance program to help offset the high cost of housing in the area
• EPIC EMR
