A 25-bed critical access hospital in eastern Montana, located between the Yellowstone River and the Badlands, is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a stable, 6-provider primary care team. This is a full-scope outpatient role designed for physicians who want excellent compensation, strong clinical support, and a true work-life balance in an affordable Rocky Mountain setting.
Situated in outdoor-friendly, affordable Montana, practice full scope primary care in one of the most scenically beautiful states.
Position
• 100% outpatient role - no call/weekends/nights.
• Cradle to grave medicine with robust support staff onsite.
• Competitive base salary - dependent on provider experience.

• $350,000 Base Salary & $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
