High-demand GI role with ERCP access, EUS growth opportunity, low call, and immediate volume from a retiring physician.
An established, not-for-profit regional health system in Southwest Louisiana is seeking a Gastroenterologist to step into immediate volume due to a planned retirement.
This is a hospital-employed position with existing infrastructure, strong referral flow, and dedicated procedure time, allowing you to build a high-producing practice quickly.
Practice Highlights:
• Replace a retiring physician with built-in patient demand
• Join established GI + APP support
• Full-spectrum Gastroenterology
• ERCP available
• EUS equipment on-site (currently referred out = growth opportunity)
• Newly built endoscopy suites with surgical backup
• Dedicated procedure block time
• EPIC EMR
• ~7 days/month call with shared coverage
Compensation:
• $900K+ earning potential
• Guaranteed base + wRVU production
• Additional call pay
