Join a collegial team of CRNAs at a thriving community hospital just south of Minneapolis / St. Paul:
• Independent, autonomous CRNA model - practice at top of license
• Full time pay for a 4-day Monday-Thursday work week
• Level IV trauma, 4 ORs, ~2000 cases in 2024
• Nicely varied case mix: lots of General Surgery and Ortho, plus ENT, Ophthalmology, ObGyn, Uro, Podiatry, etc. No heads/hearts/Peds
• Exceptionally close-knit, collegial relationships between surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, techs, etc. There are no “power struggles” here.
Extremely competitive compensation: Base salary + call stipend = $330-350K+, with additional lucrative earnings available.
• Full-time, part-time, & casual options available
• Up to $80K+ signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support
• All call is paid & is taken by beeper. Generous add'l stipend for any call-backs! 1:8 rotation
• Robust benefits package includes 37-42 days of Time Off, plus 10 days of Caregiver Leave
