A large, well-established primary care network in the Memphis metro is hiring Primary Care Physicians (FM/IM) due to upcoming retirements. New physicians will immediately inherit established patient panels and join busy, well-supported outpatient practices.

Position Details
• Average 18–22 patients/day
• Fully staffed clinics with strong clinical/administrative support
• 22 total clinics within the primary care network

Compensation
• 18-month guaranteed base: $250k (DOE)
• $30k sign-on bonus
• Monthly productivity model with early transition if exceeding base
• Up to $40k annual quality bonus
