A comprehensive hospital-based orthopedic group in Monterey, CA is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their surgical team. Enjoy a collaborative practice environment living right on the coast of California.

The position will work alongside a team of 8 orthopedic surgeons across multiple subspecialties including sports medicine, adult reconstruction, hand and upper extremity, spine surgery as well as 3 physical medicine and rehabilitation/pain management physicians.

The practice supports a beautiful 250-bed community hospital that is annually ranked in the highest levels of quality nationally (according to CMS).

The practice is ideally seeking candidates with experience in joint replacement, shoulder/sports, and orthopedic spine. Candidates with general orthopedic experience will be considered as well.

The Position:
• Base Salary: Up to $180,000 based on experience
• 4.5 Day Work Week - Mix of Clinic, Inpatient, and Urgent Care
• No night or weekend call required
• EPIC EMR
• Benefits Covered: Health, Life, Vacation, CME, Long-Term Disability, and 401k (4% Match)
• 2+ Years of Clinical Experience Preferred
