The Position:
• Up to $350,000 guaranteed base salary + $25,000 for relocation + $50,000 for student loan repayment options
• Outpatient Only - No ER Call or Inpatient Required
• 60 Minutes for Each New Patient | 30 Minutes for Each Follow Up
• Full Benefit Package including 38 days off annually (20 PTO, 5 CME, 13 Holidays) as well as a 401k with a 4% match
