Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Responsibilities

Grow new business, working closely with leadership to ensure new opportunities align with company strengths, while ensuring growth & profitability goals.

Manage and oversee all members of the sales team.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure cost accuracy and project feasibility.

Travel as needed (estimated to be less than 25% work of time)

Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Participate in occasional customer visits or meetings as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to determine labor, material, and time requirements.

Prior experience in manufacturing and sales.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.

Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Compensation is Salary plus Quarterly Commission based on new qualifying sales.
