Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Responsibilities
  • Grow new business, working closely with leadership to ensure new opportunities align with company strengths, while ensuring growth & profitability goals.

  • Manage and oversee all members of the sales team. 

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure cost accuracy and project feasibility.

  • Travel as needed (estimated to be less than 25% work of time)

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Participate in occasional customer visits or meetings as needed. 

Qualifications and Skills
  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to determine labor, material, and time requirements.

  • Prior experience in manufacturing and sales. 

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.

  • Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Benefits/Compensation
  • Full Time

  • Normal business hours plus extra time as needed

  • Compensation is Salary plus Quarterly Commission based on new qualifying sales.

  • Salary is Dependent on experience

  • Direct Hire Role
