A highly respected, physician-led GI practice in central Washington is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join their growing team. This is a procedure-heavy opportunity with immediate patient demand, strong internal referrals, and a clear path to partnership after year one.

Physicians enjoy a turnkey practice, excellent infrastructure, and the ability to ramp up quickly with more volume than they can currently accommodate. This is a general GI-focused role with advanced GI support readily available.

The Position:
• ~70% Procedures / 30% Clinic
• High procedural volume with immediate ramp-up
• 1-Year Partnership Track with transition to RVU compensation
• Call: 1:8, transitioning to minimal call
• No admissions – strong hospitalist support
• General GI focus with advanced GI backup
• Physician-led, highly collaborative team environment
• Strong internal referral network

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $573,000 – $620,000
• Signing bonus starting at $40K + relocation assistance
• $600/month benefits stipend
• Full benefits package + malpractice covered
• 401(k) with immediate 5% match (fully vested Day 1)
• CME: $10,000 every 2 years
• Generous PTO
