A long-standing Private Practice that has been in the community for 30+ years needs a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.

The Position:
• High preference for NP/PA with experience
• Work alongside 5 MD's and 7 APP's in an outpatient Primary Care setting
• Outpatient primary care: average of 14-16 PPD
• Option for 4-day work week
• Private Practice emphasizes patient/provider relationships and has an average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary up to $150-170K based on experience, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, Retirement Plan, CME, and PTO
• Sign-on and Relocation of $10,000
