• Family-oriented, Outpatient FM offering 4 day work-week
• Typical volume is 3 patients an hour
• Required NP oversight
• 2 hours/day of combined admin + lunch time
• Very low volume call
• Strong Autonomy with your own practice style
• Traditional Primary Care/Preventive Care/Functional medicine
• Base salary + RVU bonus; expect 275K-300K
• Malpractice insurance, STD, LTD, Medical/dental/vision, 401K (opt out option for $)
