• 100% outpatient FM
• Volumes have now increased and need to meet demands
• Upcoming satellite clinic expansion.

Schedule:
• 4.5 days in clinic + 0.5 admin day
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:45–4:45
• Panel Size: ~1,080
• Support: CMA or RN + RN Supervisor
• Patient Population: Adults only (18+)
• Call: Every 8 weeks
