• Join an established and collegial team of 7 primary care providers (some with 30+ years with the group)
• 4-day workweek, and manageable patient volume of around 15 per day
• Epic EMR
• Dedicated support including nurses, IT, schedulers, coders, referral coordinators and more!

Compensation:
• Total first-year package up to $400,000
• $75,000 customizable onboarding incentive
• IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) - ranked among the most financially sound public pension systems in the nation
• PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
