Position:

• Mix of outpatient and inpatient care
• Low patient volume: 8-12 patients per day
• 4-day work week
• Opportunity for future leadership, if desired
• $300K base + RVUs
• $150,000 sign-on incentive + $10,000 relocation assistance
• 40 days PTO
