Qualifications + Responsibilities:
+ Board-certified (or eligible) in General Surgery.
+ Cover 10 - 24hr shifts per month
+ May supervise advanced practice providers and train medical students, residents, and fellows.
+ Build relationships with internal teams and community partners
+ Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:
+ 50k commencement/sign-on bonus
+ $460k+ salary, plus productivity and quality bonuses
+ $6,000 CME allowance reimburses licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and continuing education courses
+ Malpractice coverage
