An incredible opportunity to join Mendocino Coast Clinics, a non-profit community health center located in Fort Bragg, California. This stunning waterfront coastal community is seeking a BE/ BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing team of providers.

MCC uses a team-based approach that puts the patient at the center of their team. Providers are able to build strong relationships between patients and their clinical care teams, which demonstrates better quality, patient experiences, and staff satisfaction.

Opportunity:
• Outpatient Adult Medicine, patients are 18 and up. No OB.
• M-F
• Join a team of 12 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers, 3 Dentists
• Ratio is typically 1-1.5 MA's for support staff to each provider
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required

Compensation
• Guaranteed Base Salary starting at $150,000K+
• $50,000 Sign On Bonus
• CME time plus allowance, Malpractice, and Licensure are covered
• Full Benefits, MCC covers 90% of the premium for the employee
• PTO plan included
• Student Loan repayment, PSLF and state programs.
